At Nexolet, we want you to shop with total confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, our return and refund system is designed to make the process as easy as possible. Eligible items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 30 days of receipt. Please note that personalized and intimate products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
To start a return, please reach out to our customer service team for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Without this number, returns may be delayed or rejected. Once your return is received, we’ll inspect the item and notify you if the refund is approved. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable period, minus any applicable restocking fees or return shipping costs.
Discounted or clearance items may also be eligible for return, though refunds will reflect the purchase price. Exchanges for different sizes, colors, or models are possible depending on stock availability, with customers covering any price difference or shipping fees.
Please package the item carefully, ideally with all accessories and tags, and mark the RA number clearly on the package. We strongly suggest using trackable shipping to avoid issues.
Unless the return is the result of our error, customers are responsible for shipping fees.
